About Me
Hi!
I’m Terry, the owner of Quandary Pond.
I’m a dedicated self-development enthusiast with a passion for guiding others towards meaningful change; bringing empathy and understanding to my life coaching practice.
Through all my years of self-development and radical change, the one constant theme throughout was that I loved to help people and to watch others in their own self-improvement. And more fortunate than most, I have been in career positions where I’ve witnessed many positive changes in others and have revelled in the joy that they have felt when they realised it.
I believe companies have both a responsibility and an opportunity to support their people better. When employees feel valued and equipped to navigate life’s challenges, they show up more engaged and fulfilled. That’s why I focus on bringing personalised life coaching into the business setting, helping employees thrive so organisations can too.
But this isn’t about me, it’s about YOU!
You are the one that needs to feel comfortable with who I am so that you feel comfortable working with me. And quite right too!
We have more in common than you might think. Whilst I cannot claim to understand each and everyone’s plight – because everyone’s situation is their own and everyone writes their own life narrative – life coaching can turbo the way to the changes you want for yourself or your business.
Employee Support Coaching
Sometimes for your business to thrive, your employees need a little bit of attention. Quandary Pond provides personalised support coaching for employees – helping them build resilience, navigate work-life balance, and show up more engaged. It’s proactive wellbeing support that strengthens company culture, boosts productivity, and stops burnout before it happens.
Our mission is to deliver human-centred coaching designed to fit the real needs of your team, while fostering an inclusive culture of respect and accountability so that everyone shows up as their best self, both at work and beyond.
Unlike meditation apps, wellness platforms, or impersonal EAPs, support coaching offers genuine human connection. Employees work with a real person who listens, understands, and helps them move forward – creating lasting change, not just surface-level engagement. When employees feel supported and valued, they show up with more energy, focus, and commitment. Coaching addresses the root causes of disengagement, for example stress, disconnection, and lack of purpose – leading to measurable improvements in performance, morale, and retention. It helps people manage their stress levels before challenges escalate into crises, reducing absenteeism, sick leave, and resignations.
When individuals thrive, businesses do too. Employee support coaching creates psychological safety, trust, and open communication. It signals to your team that they’re valued, building loyalty and reducing the costly cycle of turnover and lost institutional knowledge. Creating an environment where employees feel genuinely heard and motivated fosters both personal and professional growth – and when workplace culture shifts from reactive and cynical to proactive and collaborative, everyone benefits.
We offer flexible coaching formats to suit your team: group sessions for shared challenges and collective momentum, one-to-one coaching for personalised support, and Walk & Talks for those who open up more naturally in relaxed, informal settings.

Testimonials
After months in the planning, we finally set a date for the Making Your Mark workshop with Terry, which began in September. The goal was to use the Social Media team as a test group to see how Terry’s corporate sessions translate in a real business environment, and whether they would bring tangible benefits to a company setting. Even though our sessions were slightly shorter than usual due to our time constraints, they were incredibly valuable. Each week, the team left feeling more focused, self-aware, and reflective about their personal and professional values. As a senior team member, I found it particularly insightful to understand what each individual values most and how different forms of appreciation resonate uniquely with everyone. Our team works extremely hard, so knowing how best to show genuine appreciation and validation to each person has been a real breakthrough. On a personal level, the sessions helped me reconnect with my own values and priorities, highlighting what truly matters and encouraging me to focus on the things I’d previously overlooked. Terry’s approach is thoughtful, engaging, and impactful. I’d highly recommend the sessions to any business that wants to strengthen communication, self-awareness, and team connection. Thank you so much Terry for your time and knowledge that you have provided to our team.
Kindest regards,
Molly
