A New Mindset

Business is fuelled by relationships; it’s also dependant on change. It’s through doing something new that we grow and other people are the key. When we work together we learn so much. We discover opportunities, friendship, support, experience and the expertise that we need to help us achieve our ambitions.

So, what happens at a typical CAP weekly meeting? Let's find out......

At CAP we believe in keeping things simple, and this is the key to our success. We use common sense and respect for fellow members rather than a set of rules to abide by. We believe people work better together this way.

So, what might you expect at a typical CAP meeting? And what else do we offer our members besides the weekly meetings? let's take a look. Click Here

Paul James - Founder of CAP Business Clubs.
Some people have no problem working away by themselves and of course many absolutely thrive on it. But lots of us need more regular contact with other people.

Many of the skills and abilities that you need to drive your business forward are easily undermined by isolation. For some people this can be a huge handbrake on their efforts. When it’s just you, it can be hard to find the motivation to keep smashing it day in, day out.

What the members say

David Sullivan - Business Coach
For me the CAP Wednesday Club is my mid-week injection of positivity that gets me through the rest of the week with a smile on my face.”

Kathy Kingdon - Body And Mind Combined
New members are always made welcome in the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. CAP really is my business family and being a member has enriched my life in so many ways!”

Mark Tomlinson - WPA
Over the years I have made lots of good professional contacts, found Customers and trusted Suppliers, and enjoyed the support and inspiration that’s ‘stock in trade’ for CAP.

Gemma Freeman - 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan With Gem
The groups are full of friendly, knowledgeable, supportive and inspiring individuals who are always there to help or give guidance to any other business owner.

Bob Pointer - CFIL Global
“What does CAP Business Clubs mean to me? Everything. This is not networking, this is a community and out of community comes trust and collaboration.

Louise Armstrong - Emotional Intelligence Mastery
I LOVE CAP!! I am new to networking and have only been with CAP Business Clubs for a few months now. Not only has this group of people helped me in my business, gain more clients, but has also become my business family.

Rachel Bate - Rachel's Rambling Rovers
On learning about the CAP networking group, I went along as a visitor as soon as I could and discovered an amazing friendly group of other similar minded and sized business owners that would be a huge benefit to me

Deborah Iles - The Garden Room Holistic Therapies
Since being a member my fledgling business has grown and I have had the help, advice and professionals on hand to further develop it. I would recommend any business to come and see what it's all about...

Michael Jones - Blue Signage
With all the different business within the club and all with their own skills they are all happy to help where they can. I would recommend the club to any business. I just want to thank all the people that have helped me so far to get started.”

Chris Adams - AD Fitness
As a small business myself, I am aware that it is far too easy to get caught working "in" your business and not spending enough time working "on" your business. By having that weekly chat with like minded people it's great to step back, meet connections, discuss ideas and charge up the enthusiasm bank for the week ahead.

Andy Howley - The Graphics Shack
"Setting up your own business can be a very daunting experience.  Joining CAP Business Clubs and meeting fellow like-minded people put me at ease,  helped my confidence and provided me with some very useful advice.

Grantley Rogers - 3p Enterprise Ltd
The people I have met at the club and the information I have gained have given me the incentive to change and improve the way we do things in our business.
