Mark Tomlinson - WPA Healthcare Practice - “I’ve been networking now for close to 14 years, and CAP Business Clubs is the only network that I found in my first couple of years that I’m still a Member of today. The reason for this longevity of membership is simple – Paul James keeps CAP focused on support, collaboration, and enjoyable, convenient meetings. It’s not a place for quick/hard selling, but is built on relationships. It’s also terrific that my Membership of one Group (Wednesday, 8am, Zoom) enables me to attend a number of other Zoom groups, with a number of Live Meetings and the occasional Social too”

Annie Lynch-Warden - Annie's Animal Care - Paul has been such a help. I first joined Cap when I had barely started up my business. Paul and all the members have been super welcoming and helpful with tips to running your own business. It is great to have the support and knowledge of others in the same boat.

Terry White - The Quandary Pond - As someone who works for themselves, joining CAP has been one of the best decisions I've made. CAP for me is like having a weekly meeting with work colleagues who listen and support you and who can signpost you to anyone you might need to you help with something that's out of their field of expertise. The added bonus, of course, is that we don't have to look far for both providers or suppliers and clients. I love the friendly, kind and supportive energy I experience from the members of CAP.

Amanda Dear - REAL Coaching and Development - Simply one of the most generous business people you will ever meet. His commitment to CAP is unrivalled and he is always there if you have any problems or questions, and he is incredibly well connected which means he will know exactly who you need to speak to to solve your issue. Paul has created a brilliant business networking community where people are encouraged to be themselves; which cannot be said about all business groups.

CAP's Q&A's. If you have further questions, simply drop us a line here and we'll get back to you as soon as possible
Q - How often do you meet?
A - Each club meets weekly.
Q - Do I have to attend every week?
A - We ask our members to commit attendance whenever possible.
Q - Do I have to send a substitute if I am not able to make the meeting?
A - No substitute is required. (Although if you do, that's great!)
Q - Do I have to make presentations?
A - Presentations are not compulsory, although we encourage members to make them.
Q - Is there a contract?
A - No, there is no contract. We want you to be there because you want to, not because you are contracted.
Q - Can I join more than one club?
A - Yes Provided there is availability you can join more than one club
Q - How do 'clashes' with other businesses in the same sector work?
A - At CAP we positively promote collaboration with other businesses in the same sector, however we also appreciate that sometimes this is not possible. Therefore, first one in gets to decide on whether another business in their sector joins and the decision is respected either way.
Q - Can I visit the other CAP Clubs?
A - Yes, you can visit the other CAP Clubs once a month each. Members are reminded to show respect to other businesses in the same sector in other CAP Clubs.
Q - Can I give presentations to the other CAP Clubs?
A - Yes, provided there is no clash regarding the content with another member from that club in the same business sector, unless permission is given by that member.
