So much to learn….. however being a member of the IPW (Institute of Professional Willwriters) and the support received from them was fantastic in regard to my professional development. Notably, also the support (in the form of advice, referrals, etc ) received from my fellow CAP members has been extraordinary for my business. 3 - WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS FOR THE COMING YEAR? – To continue learning from and for my clients and how best to serve their needs. My business is meaningless without my clients, so they are at the centre of everything I do and I wish to develop for my business. 4 - WHAT IS THE BEST THING YOU HAVE DONE IN YOUR BUSINESS THAT YOU CONTINUE TO DO? - Continue to engage with other businesses and being receptive to advice. 5 - WHAT WOULD YOU SAY IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ATTRIBUTE FOR A BUSINESS TO HAVE? – Professionalism and caring honestly for its clients or customers. 6 - WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST ACHIEVMENT TO DATE? - Opening up new roads and walk untrodden paths…strictly speaking for my business, provide the best possible service for my clients and having them to recommend me. 7 - WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO LEARN THAT WOULD HELP YOUR BUSINESS? - It has to be being tech-savvy! 8 - WHAT MISTAKES HAVE YOU MADE, OTHERS COULD LEARN FROM? Not being truthful and respectful to whom I am - one can achieve nothing in trying to be someone else. 9 - WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS CONTACT WOULD HELP YOUR BUSINESS? Legal, accountancy and financial services which would like to work cooperatively rather than competitively. Also businesses working with people whom are vulnerable due to disability, illness or age. 10 - CAN YOU RECOMMEND ANY MOTIVATIONAL BOOKS THAT HAVE HELPED YOU? I would not single out a particular book but I would rather say that I receive inspiration and comfort from Buddhist literature. 11 - WHAT WOULD BE YOUR NO1 WISH IF YOU HAD A GENIE? – Have a musical talent that can delight others! 12 - WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR BEST CAP BUSINESS CLUBS EXPERIENCE TO DATE? – Meeting wonderful, forward thinking people and being able to help fellow members, however little my contribution.
