I make full size handmade Vintage Style Haycarts, Beach / victorian style Bathing Huts and Wild West Style Prairie Wagons. Need to make a business statement? Need something special for a garden design? We make and deliver, UK wide, vintage style haycarts to our own design, based on old haycarts and what they were used for. We use new iron, reclaimed iron, reclaimed wood and parts of reclaimed carts. I also run Forge Taster days every Saturday from my forge in Coleford town centre and do individual commissions.
Testimonials
Lizzie has just completed a flower sculpture for our garden, and it looks like a real piece of art. I would have never thought that an iron piece would be so eye-catching and I look forward to it ageing and changing colour, thank you Lizzie! - Chris Wickens
Testimonial for the amazing Lizzie the blacksmith who is creating a masterpiece of a pergola 'Band Stand' in memory of my dear mum and dad. It will take pride of place in our garden. Thank you Lizzie - Bryan Hennessy I have known Lizzie for a number of years now and can say that she is one of the most tenacious, hard working and committed people I have had the pleasure of meeting. She is successful because she is approachable and authentic, there are no sides to her, what you see is what you get. Her move to Coleford means she now has the space to grow her business and I have no doubt she is up for this new challenge. - Bob Pointer Thanks you very much Lizzie for a great day, purchased as a Mother’s Day gift and in my Mums own words “it was fantastic day, everything about it was great” Learned some new skills and made some great items, fire poker was used the next day and the brackets are being used already. Also the bacon sandwiches and lunch were perfect. We will be booking again.
