Very busy with new contracts, excellent new staff member joined which brought a new dynamic to the team, and CAP Plus helped me tackle a ton of things that I had a mental block with! 3 - WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS FOR THE COMING YEAR? – Improving efficiency is the main priority internally, and to continue to offer increasing value and service to our existing customers. We will also be looking to take on another apprentice this year and grow the team. 4 - WHAT IS THE BEST THING YOU HAVE DONE IN YOUR BUSINESS THAT YOU CONTINUE TO DO? - Employ excellent staff! Things get much easier running a business if you surround yourself with the right people. They are our number one asset. 5 - WHAT WOULD YOU SAY IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ATTRIBUTE FOR A BUSINESS TO HAVE? – Integrity, honesty and transparency. Customers can usually spot when something isn’t right, if you are honest and upfront from the start then you will have no worries later. 6 - WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST ACHIEVEMENT TO DATE? - I don’t know what our biggest achievement is, I think we have reached many smaller milestone achievements that add up to a greater sum. 7 - WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO LEARN THAT WOULD HELP YOUR BUSINESS? - How to predict the lottery results! 8 - WHAT MISTAKES HAVE YOU MADE; OTHERS COULD LEARN FROM? - How much space have we got? Ok, how about always go with your gut instinct if something your client asks you to do doesn’t feel right – there is a long story there but I won’t go into it now! 9 - WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS CONTACT WOULD HELP YOUR BUSINESS? - I’d be interested to meet a cyber security expert to partner with. 10 - CAN YOU RECOMMEND ANY MOTIVATIONAL BOOKS THAT HAVE HELPED YOU? - I haven’t read any motivational books, I’d rather read technical manuals or books on guitars! 11 - WHAT WOULD BE YOUR NO1 WISH IF YOU HAD A GENIE? –To have my 25 year-old body back. 12 - WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR BEST CAP BUSINESS CLUBS EXPERIENCE TO DATE? – All of CAP is great, but CAP Plus has been the most useful to help me focus on developing PC Rescue further. |
