“My laptop was working normally when I closed it down but the following day, when I reconnected it, I discovered that I had lost all of the applications and data. My husband, who is a member of CAP, found the details for P C Rescue and I telephoned them and spoke to Lee. The laptop was delivered to them the following day. Unfortunately, my husband arrived before they opened but he was able to leave it with the adjoining business. I telephoned them to check that they had collected the laptop, which they confirmed they had and that it was being looked at. I received a call from them that afternoon advising me that they had discovered the problem and dealt with it and retrieved all of the applications and data, including connection to Outlook for which I had lost all of the connection details. The service was prompt, polite, reasonably priced and my laptop is working better. Thank you for rescuing a 4 year old laptop. - Susan Pearson
Last week I found my business in a communications black hole when we lost internet connection. This meant that neither our computers or phones were working! With our usual IT & Broadband providers only advice being to call out a BT Engineer - who couldn’t get to us for four days - I called Lee at PC Rescue – and rescue us he did! Although very busy, he arrived later the same day and soon, after getting to grips with our unusual systems, he had us back on line, with computers and phones working perfectly! I would like to highly recommend PC Rescue particularly their technician Matt to any one in business who needs their PC rescuing. My PC needed some serious attention and sorting as it was malfunctioning in several departments. I left it with Matt who came across as being very understanding and extremely knowledgeable.
