Grants 5 top tips to help you build a better business
1/ Profile your target customer. Knowing accurately and in detail who you are trying to sell to will affect everything else you do.
2/ Be aware and understand your costs. Not just the invoice but the real costs of time and effort.
3/ Build a team you can rely on. Your in-house team, suppliers and even customers should be considered part of the fabric which makes your business work effectively and efficiently.
4/ Have goals. Use smart objectives and Analyse, Analyse, Analyse! Work out what works, what gets you closer to achieving the goals and change things which stand in the way of reaching these goals.
5/ Understand the relationship of Risk v Reward in everything you do. Move out of your comfort zone and take risks if potential reward is worthwhile.
