Coby is quietly confident in his knowledge and ability to make other people’s lives run smoothly. When I approached Coby to help me transfer my website/domain from a host in South Africa to his base here in the UK, I had no idea just how stress free it was going to be. I found myself needing to move my website, which was a job I knew I wouldn’t be able to do myself. I spoke to Coby and immediately felt confident that he would be brilliant at the technical side but also would be a really easy person to work with. Initially I thought I would have to delay until after a big product launch but when I explained the timings to Coby he offered to do the move very quickly. During the website move Coby's communication was detailed and thorough (which I really appreciated) and I was so happy at how smoothly it went. Since then, I have had a few problems or issues (entirely caused by me doing work on the website) and Coby has been very quick to take action and almost as quick to resolve the problem. Other than self-inflicted issues I've not needed to contact Coby, which in my book must be good news - it's all just working as it should!
