I found myself needing to move my website, which was a job I knew I wouldn’t be able to do myself. I spoke to Coby and immediately felt confident that he would be brilliant at the technical side but also would be a really easy person to work with. Initially I thought I would have to delay until after a big product launch but when I explained the timings to Coby he offered to do the move very quickly. During the website move Coby's communication was detailed and thorough (which I really appreciated) and I was so happy at how smoothly it went. Since then, I have had a few problems or issues (entirely caused by me doing work on the website) and Coby has been very quick to take action and almost as quick to resolve the problem. Other than self-inflicted issues I've not needed to contact Coby, which in my book must be good news - it's all just working as it should! It has been a pleasure working with Ambrose Web on the creation of our new website with online ordering, and in-store point of sale system. Throughout the process Coby has been calm and reassuring. We were confident from the outset that he understood our needs and was able to tailor a package that met those needs, and this has proved to be the case.
