WHAT MADE YOU START YOUR CURRENT BUSINESS? – Through coaching I built a love for helping people improve and taking them from their present situation to where they want to be. I love keeping fit and being healthy and I want to help others enjoy it in the same way.

WHAT DO YOU MOST ENJOY ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS? – The people I work with. Seeing them progress and move forwards
IF YOU HAD A MAGIC WAND WHAT WOULD YOU CHANGE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS? I’d change public perceptions of the health and fitness industry. People see six packs, big weights, ultra marathons and they get intimidated. Improving fitness is about getting 1% better every day. Parking further from super market door, taking the stairs instead of the escalator. The magic happens between where you are now and where you want to be in the future.
WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 5 YEARS TIME? I just want to keep building on from where I am now. Helping more people and learning all of the time. I’d like to do a lot more writing as well.
DO YOU HAVE ANY USEFUL TIPS OR IDEAS THAT YOU COULD SHARE WITH THE OTHER CAP MEMBERS? – Learn the toolbox of networking. Power Teams, One To Ones, learn to help to your fellow CAP members. Learn to farm rather than hunt.
HOW HAS CAP BUSINESS CLUBS HELPED YOU IN YOUR BUSINESS? -
CAP has been superb. It’s taken a part time hobby and turned it into a growing business. People need people, you can get a lot of help and support at CAP. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.
I went to see Chris about a month ago regarding a back problem that I had and also helps and tips to increase my fitness so that next year I will be able to take part in a Tough Mud Run. The advise he gave was brilliant and when going to train at his gym, he also helped me out with a shoulder injury that I had encountered earlier on in the week prior to my appointment. He is brilliant in everything he does and also at the moment is he working with my husband and daughter on their fitness and personal health - Natasha James
When I first came across Adfitness I thought it sounded a great business but maybe not for me as I am not very sporty and certainly not planning on becoming an athlete.
I was wrong - I am still not very sporty, but thanks to Chris I am starting to feel much fitter and many of my everyday aches and twinges have gone away. Chris has set up a specific program to suit myself and my 2 colleagues as ilateral, concentrating on the fact that we spend a large proportion of our daily work time sitting at desks. He has targeted muscles that get switched off and others that are working too hard, to help us improve our posture and general muscle strength. Chris's knowledge's of fitness, physiology and health is limitless. I started training with Chris 9 months ago, after losing 7 stone, I really needed to increase my very limited fitness level and seriously tone up. Embarking on this journey and losing fat, losing flab I never thought I'd enjoy a gain, but I did, I gained a very valuable allie. What I've achieved with support from Chris has been invaluable, using a mix of cardio, weights & boxercise, my overall strength and fitness has improved so much in such a short space of time, I'm now able to perform exercises and lift weights I'd never attempted on my own. A quality and fully qualified Personal Trainer. I have trained regularly over the years and thought in general I knew a bit about training and fitness. After meeting and taking Chris' instruction in the gym I realised how wrong I was.His expertise brought me up to date with the latest scientific proven methods to improve my health fitness and diet and wellbeing.
