I recently had the pleasure of attending a workshop hosted by BSB Bookkeeping and Accountancy Ltd, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Beatrix kicked off the day with an excellent introduction to basic business concepts, explaining clearly how different types of businesses impact accounting processes. Her approach made even complex ideas easy to understand and apply. Throughout the day, the food and drink provided were not only plentiful but truly lovely, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for learning. The highlight for me was the hands-on portion of the workshop. With Beatrix’s in-person guidance, I was able to register for an accounting platform, download the app, and set up my account, adding all my business information. I even learned how to input both digital and paper receipts in real-time! Beatrix was right there to support us step-by-step, making what could have been an intimidating process feel smooth and empowering. I switched to BSB Bookkeeping 1 year ago and have just completed my first tax year. Beatrix and the team have been outstanding and have helped me through setting up payroll, employee pensions and Limited Company Accounts. I have a designated person, Pippa, who reminds me what I need to do and timely reminders of what to do next. She is quick, very organized. Her job is very clear.(that is the reason why and how she can turn the difficult accountant language to make it to understand to everyone) She is very helpful and always ready to answer about any kind of questions. She always has up-to-date information. Nothing is impossible for her. The way how she can sort out problems really impressed me. We are really lucky with her.
