WHAT DID YOU DO BEFORE YOUR CURRENT BUSINESS? – Studied my business management degree at Cheltenham University whilst full time employed carrying out Telemarketing, Lead Generation and Marketing activities for my Father’s business.
WHAT MADE YOU START YOUR CURRENT BUSINESS? – My Father retired and sold his business and the new owners made me redundant. I worked for 1 year for another business before deciding that I wanted to start my own business. Most employers use volume of calls and speed of calls as a metric together with hard selling techniques to get everyone to buy rather than looking at the results and focussing on generating loyal clients for life. I believe that we should help prospects buy if what we are offering is right for them. This creates loyal clients for life who provide repeat business and willingly give referrals. I now teach business owners and sales professionals how to generate leads from a variety of sources and how to turn them into clients using this belief.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOBBIES? – Gardening and listening to music.

WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 5 YEARS TIME? Running more Client Creation Mastermind groups and Lead Generation Training courses
DO YOU HAVE ANY USEFUL TIPS OR IDEAS THAT YOU COULD SHARE WITH THE OTHER CAP MEMBERS? – Whenever you do any marketing or lead generation, always aim it towards creating your ideal client and help them buy from you…don’t sell to them. Listen to their needs before offering your products and services. This is good for 2 reasons… 1) they will notice and appreciate the fact you have listened and you’re not there to just sell to them regardless and 2) by tailoring which products and services you offer based on their needs, it will be easier for them to make the decision to buy from you.
